 The Tridents are the Univeristy of Southampton Men's Lacrosse Team. We play in the South of England Men's League as well as competing in tournaments and BUSA. We are one of the oldest sides in the area and the premier lacrosse team in Hampshire
We welcome players of all abilities and run both senior and beginner sides. With top quality coaching, equipment available to borrow and game time available for all you've got no reason not to play.
